Let's get started! # Recipe and Instructions for Cauliflower Pasta Alison Roman ## Ingredients - 1 head of cauliflower, cut into small florets - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour - 2 cups whole milk - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives - Kosher salt - 8 ounces of cooked pasta of your choice ## Directions 1.
