Heat oil in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. 2. Add the mustard and cumin seeds, and stir until they start to sizzle. 3. Add the ginger, chillies, curry leaves, and onion and sauté for about 3 minutes. 4. Add the cream of wheat and water and stir together until combined. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. 6. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cream of wheat is cooked and thickened. 7.
