Creamy Chicken Marsala Recipe

I'm sure that you will love it as much as I do! ## Creamy Chicken Marsala Recipe ### Ingredients - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 2 tablespoons butter - 1/2 cup shallots, minced - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced - 1/2 cup dry Marsala wine - 1/3 cup chicken broth - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped - 1/2 cup heavy cream - Salt and freshly ground black pepper ### Instructions 1. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of waxed paper and pound until about 1/4-inch thick. Place the flour in a shallow dish. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour and shake off the excess. 2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 3. Add the shallots, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the Marsala wine and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cook until the liquid is reduced by half. 4. Add the chicken back to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Add the parsley and cream and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot. Enjoy!
