Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

Welcome to my cooking class! Today we will be making a delicious Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry. This dish is both flavorful and easy to make, making it a great option for a weeknight meal. ## Recipe and Instructions #### Ingredients - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 teaspoon sesame oil - 2 cloves garlic, minced - 2 tablespoons honey - 2 tablespoons soy sauce - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes - 2 cups cooked white or brown rice - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste #### Directions 1. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute. 2. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pink, about 2-3 minutes. 3. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Pour into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes. 4. Serve shrimp immediately with cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds, if desired. Enjoy!
